摘  要:与二极管中点箝位型(neutral-point-clamped,NPC)逆变器相比,有源中点箝位型(active NPC,ANPC)逆变器具有零电平下的冗余开关状态,增加控制自由度和容错运行能力。为进一步提高三电平ANPC逆变器的可靠性,提出一种基于混合载波调制技术的容错控制方法,通过改变参考调制信号和载波信号,可以实现单个和多个功率器件开路故障下的多模式容错运行,采用改进的零序电压注入法,维持正常和容错运行模式下直流侧电容电压的平衡,并抑制中点电位的低频脉动。所提方法不需要增加额外的功率器件和传感器,可以提高三电平ANPC逆变器的可靠性和输出性能。仿真和实验结果验证所提容错控制策略的可行性和有效性。Compared with neutral-point-clamped(NPC)inverters,active NPC(ANPC)inverters are more flexible in control with enhanced fault-tolerant capability.To improve the reliability of three-level ANPC inverters,a novel fault-tolerant control strategy was proposed based on a hybrid carrier modulation in the case of single/multiple open-switch faults.The fault-tolerant operation was realized by modifying the reference modulation and carrier signals.Moreover,the dc-link capacitor voltages were balanced by using modified zerosequence injection method under the normal and fault-tolerant operating conditions.This method is free of additional power devices and sensors,which greatly improves the system reliability and output performance of ANPC inverters.Simulation and experiment results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed fault-tolerant control strategy.
