住院医师规范化培训结业临床实践能力考核全国统考模式的建立及探索

摘　　要：目的探索建立高效高质的住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)结业临床实践能力考核全国统考模式。方法采取客观结构化临床考核(objective stractured clinical examination,OSCE)信息化考核方式,组织实施广东省超声医学专业基地结业临床实践能力考核,并对考生问卷调查结果进行综合分析。结果2天内圆满完成全省超声医学专业基地235人的住培结业临床实践能力考核,无一人缺考,OSCE信息化考核组织工作零失误。结论如何把好住培结业考核出口关一直是住培工作的困难点,在做好各项前期准备工作和应急预案的前提下,实行统一命题、统一标准、统一考核,建立高效高质的全国统一考核模式具有可行性,可以更好地促进住院医师的同质化培养,保障“出口”质量。同时,能更好地评估全国各个超声专业基地的培训质量,如实反映住院医师培训过程中存在的问题及不足,及时改进,不断提高超声专业住培质量。Objective To explore the establishment of a high-efficiency and high-quality national unified graduation examination mode for clinical practice ability assessment after standardized residency training.Methods The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)information assessment method was adopted in the organization and implementation of the clinical practice ability assessment of Guangdong Ultrasound Medical Training Base.Also,a comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire survey results collected from the examinees were conducted.Results Within 2 days,the clinical practice ability assessment of 235 students in the Guangdong Ultrasound Medical Training Base was successfully completed with no one absent.No error occurred in the organization of the OSCE information assessment.Conclusion Quality control of the final examination for standardized residency training is always a difficult point.Based on well preparation and thorough emergency plans,it is feasible to implement unified question-setting,unified standards and unified assessment,and establish an efficient and qualified national unified examination mode.This can promote the homogeneous training of students and enhance the quality.At the same time,it helps to better evaluate the training quality of various ultrasound medical training bases around the country,reveal the problems and deficiencies in the training process,and thus timely and constantly improve the quality of ultrasound medical residency training.
