摘 要:试验旨在比较鳗用进口白鱼粉和红鱼粉的常规营养成分和氨基酸水平差异情况。试验设置白鱼粉组和红鱼粉组,每组4个重复,不同鱼粉样品的粗蛋白质水平接近且均高于64.5%。结果显示,白鱼粉的水分和粗蛋白质含量显著低于红鱼粉(P<0.05),灰分、钙和磷含量显著高于红鱼粉(P<0.05)。白鱼粉中天冬氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、甘氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸、酪氨酸、精氨酸水平显著高于红鱼粉(P<0.05),其中相差值大于10%的氨基酸为丝氨酸和甘氨酸。白鱼粉中组氨酸、赖氨酸和色氨酸水平显著低于红鱼粉(P<0.05),其中相差值大于10%的氨基酸为组氨酸和色氨酸。白鱼粉的总非必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量显著高于红鱼粉(P<0.05)。研究表明,与红鱼粉相比,白鱼粉水分、粗蛋白质含量较低,灰分、钙和磷的含量较高;白鱼粉丝氨酸和甘氨酸含量较高,组氨酸和色氨酸含量较低。The experiment was conducted to compare the differences in the nutrients and amino acid levels of imported white fish meal and brown fish meal for eels.The experiment set up the white fish meal group and the brown fish meal group,with four replicates in each group.The crude protein levels of different fish meal samples were similar and higher than 64.5%.The results showed that the moisture and crude protein content of white fish meal were significantly lower than those of brown fish meal(P<0.05),and the ash,calcium and phosphorus content of white fish meal were significantly higher than those of brown fish meal(P<0.05).The content of aspartic acid,serine,glutamic acid,proline,glycine,cystine,methionine,tyrosine and arginine in white fish meal were significantly higher than those of brown fish meal(P<0.05),and the differences of serine and glycine were higher than 10%.The content of histidine,lysine and tryptophan in white fish meal were significantly lower than those of brown fish meal(P<0.05),and the differences of histidine and tryptophan were higher than 10%.The content of total non-essential amino acids and total amino acids of white fish meal were significantly higher than that of brown fish meal(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that compared with brown fish meal,white fish meal has lower moisture and crude protein content,higher ash,calcium and phosphorus content.White fish meal has higher content of serine and glycine and lower content of histidine and tryptophan.
