摘  要:将动态摄影测量方法应用于运行中风力发电机叶片在自然风力载荷下关键点的空间坐标动态数据测量中。风电叶片因其独有的形貌特征、运动特点及现场测量环境,令测量面临许多问题。为此提出以风机自身为标定墙及摄影比例尺的动态摄影测量方案,数据处理与风电叶片模态分析数据需求对接。测量所涉及的关键技术有五点法相对定向、单应性匹配、关键点动态数据跟踪分解等。实验结果表明,测量距离在1.5m时,测量运行中风电叶片点空间距离的标准差小于0.637,系统内部测量稳定性良好;与V-Star系统测量值对比,测量运行中风电叶片点空间距离误差优于0.705mm,相比V-Star系统误差扩大10倍;在实地测量中,测量距离在100m时,理论精度可达5cm;设备搭建方便快捷,测量数据丰富且测量范围广,满足风力发电机测量需求。The dynamic photogrammetry method is applied to the spatial coordinate dynamic data measurement of key points of wind turbine blades under natural wind load.The measurement of wind turbine blades is faced with many problems due to its unique morphological characteristics,motion characteristics and on-site measurement environment.For this reason,a dynamic photogrammetric scheme with fan itself as calibration wall and photographic scale is proposed,and data processing is docked with data requirements of wind turbine blade modal analysis.The key technologies involved in measurement include five-point relative orientation,homography matching,key point dynamic data tracking and decomposition,etc.The experimental results show that when the measuring distance is 1.5m,the standard deviation of measuring the spatial distance of wind turbine blade points in operation is less than 0.637,and the internal measurement stability of the system is good.Compared with the measured value of V-Star system,the error of measuring the spatial distance of wind turbine blade points in operation is better than 0.705mm,which is 10 times larger than that of V-Star system.In field measurement,when the measuring distance is 100m,the theoretical accuracy can reach 5cm.The equipment is convenient and fast to set up,the measurement data is abundant and the measurement range is wide,which meets the measurement needs of wind turbine.
