摘  要:为解决目前木窗生产存在的生产效率和自动化程度较低的现状,提出了一种基于RobotStudio的智能化生产线的仿真设计。首先构建了生产线的布局,其次设计并标定了机器人手部,并以铣削加工中心Smart组件为例说明动态效果构建过程,最后编制了程序并进行了生产线综合调试和机器人TCP运行轨迹优化。虚拟生产仿真结果表明可达到生产线的轨迹优化的目的,可合理规划配置各生产要素,为家具制造业的升级改造的实施提供依据和仿真平台。In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency and automation in wooden window production,a simulation design of intelligent production line based on RobotStudio was proposed.Firstly,the layout of the production line was constructed,then the robot hand was designed and calibrated,and the dynamic effect construction process was illustrated by taking the smart component of the milling machining center as an example.Finally,the program was compiled and the production line comprehensive debugging and robot TCP trajectory optimization were carried out.The virtual production simulation results show that the purpose of trajectory optimization of the production line can be achieved.The design can reasonably plan and configure the production factors,and provide the basis and simulation platform for the implementation of the upgrading and transformation of furniture manufacturing industry.
