摘　　要：外语专业的专业属性、育人功能和人才培养目标决定了加强外语专业课程思政建设的必要性。大学外语“课程思政”工作中女性教师具有性别优势。在大学外语“课程思政”工作中,女教师可以从树立远大的理想、实现社会角色与职业能力的统一、发挥敏锐洞察力的优势、发挥情感丰富和较强沟通能力的优势四方面入手,提高课程思政效果。The professional attribute,educational function and talent training goal of foreign language specialty determine the necessity of strengthening the ideological and political construction of foreign language specialty curriculum.Female teachers have gender advantages in the curriculum ideological and political education of college foreign language.In the college foreign language"curriculum ideological and political education"work,female teachers can improve the curriculum ideological and political education effect from four aspects:setting up lofty ideals,realizing the unity of social role and professional ability,giving full play to the advantages of keen insight,and giving full play to the advantages of rich emotion and strong communication ability.
