油樟叶纯露成分分析及不同季节纯露的抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：以不同季节(春季、夏季、秋季、冬季)宜宾油樟叶片为研究对象制备纯露,利用GC-MS对油樟纯露的主要成分进行分析,通过抑菌圈、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),研究不同季节纯露对大肠埃希氏菌(E.coli)、福氏志贺氏菌(S.flexneri)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)和肠炎沙门氏菌(S.enteritidis)的抑菌活性。结果表明,油樟叶纯露中的主要组分为1,8-桉叶油素(57.86%)、α-松油醇(31.74%)和松油烯-4-醇(9.13%);不同季节纯露对4种供试微生物均有明显的抑菌效果,以冬季纯露效果最好;4种供试微生物中,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果最好。油樟纯露作为油樟精油生产副产物,具有一定的开发潜力。The leaves of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum in different seasons(spring,summer,autumn,winter)were used as the research object to prepare pure dew.The main components of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum were analyzed by GC-MS.Through the zone of inhibition,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC),the antibacterial activity of pure dew in different seasons on E.coli,S.flexneri,S.aureus and S.enteritidis were studied.The results indicated the major metabolites including 1,8-cineole(57.86%),α-terpineol(31.74%)and Terpinene-4-ol(9.13%).The pure dew in different seasons had obvious antibacterial effect on the 4 tested microorganisms,and the pure dew in winter had the best effect.Among the 4 tested microorganisms,the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus was the best.As a by-product of essential oil of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum production,hydrosol had a certain development potential.
