摘　　要：培养高端技术技能人才是高职教育的重要任务,高职院校"双师型"教师职业生涯规划首先需遵循教师发展基本规律,在关注教学能力、教科研能力的同时,更要注重技术技能水平发展。从专业发展角度高职教师职业生涯大体可分为五个阶段,"双师型"教师要根据不同阶段的要求和目标科学规划,不断提升双师素质和能力。Developing advanced technical talents is the important task of higher vocational education.Higher vocational teachers’career plan should follow the basic rules of teacher development,and pay close attention to not only teaching ability and scientific research ability,but also technical skills.From the perspective of professional development,higher vocational teachers’career can be roughly divided into five stages.Based on the requirements and objectives of different stages,a"dual-qualified"teacher should scientifically plan and constantly improve professional quality and ability.
