蒙药“度格模农”三个品种提取物抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过体外抑菌实验比较蒙药"度格模农"不同基原药材止泻木子、连翘、地梢瓜对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、痢疾志贺菌的抑菌活性。方法:以75%乙醇回流提取法对止泻木子、连翘、地梢瓜的粉末进行提取,制成浸膏,以不同浓度乙醇溶解,通过微孔比浊法判断各组药物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、痢疾志贺菌的抑菌活性。结果:地梢瓜提取物对4个受试菌株的MIC较小,为0.5 mg/mL或0.25 mg/mL;止泻木子提取物仅对金葡菌和痢疾志贺菌有抑菌作用,MIC较大,为1 mg/mL;连翘提取物对金葡菌的抑菌作用明显,分别为0.5 mg/mL和0.25 mg/mL,对其他3种菌株仅以50%乙醇溶解组有抑菌作用,MIC均为0.25 mg/mL和0.5 mg/mL。通过抑菌作用OD值差值比较地梢瓜提取物对大肠埃希氏菌和肠炎沙门氏菌抑菌作用明显优于其他两种药物,连翘提取物主要对金葡菌和痢疾志贺菌有抑菌作用。结论:地梢瓜醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、痢疾志贺菌均有较强的抑制作用,连翘主要对金黄色葡萄球菌和痢疾志贺菌有抑制作用,止泻木子对4种受试菌的抑制作用不明显或无抑制作用。Objective:To compare the bacteriostatic activities of different basic crude drugs of Mongolian medicine "dugemonong",such as Holarrhena,forsythiae and cynanchum against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,salmonella enteritis and shigella dysentery by in vitro bacteriostatic experiments.Methods:75% ethanol reflux extraction was used to extract the powder of Holarrhena sinensis,forsythia and cynanchum. The extract was dissolved with different concentrations of ethanol. The antimicrobial activity of each group against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli,salmonella enteritis and shigella dysentery was determined by microporous turbidimetry.Results:The MIC of the extract of cynanchum against the 4 strains was small dose,0.5 mg/mL or 0.25 mg/mL.The inhibitory effect of extract of Holarrhena on staphylococcus aureus and shigella was only 1 mg/mL.Forsythia extract had good bacteriostatic effects on staphylococcus aureus(0.5 mg/mL and 0.25 mg/m L,respectively),and bacteriostatic effects on the other three bacteria were 0.25 mg/mL and 0.5 mg/mL,respectively.Compared with other two kinds of drugs,the difference of OD value of bacteriostasis effect between the extracts of cynanchum was significantly better on escherichia coli and salmonella,and the forsythia extract was mainly on staphylococcus aureus and shigella.Conclusion:To tip cynanchum alcohol extract on staphylococcus aureus, e. coli bacteria shigella, salmonella enteritidis have a stronger effect on inhibition of growth,and forsythia main on staphylococcus aureus and dysentery shigella has the inhibitory effect of growth,on four subjects Holarrhena bacteria inhibitory effect is not obvious or no inhibition.
