摘 要:元认知概念自上世纪70年代提出后,引起了各国教育界研究者的高度重视。特别是英国,很快将其从理念引入教学实践,开展了一系列具有国际影响力的元认知教学科研项目。他们用严谨的教学实验数据证明,有效的元认知干预不仅大大促进了学生的学业进步,而且培养了学生的思维能力和自主学习能力,有效提升了心理品质。通过分析英国元认知教学研究项目,剖析其原理、教学方法和特点,以及对学业成绩的影响与对心理品质培养的作用,可以对我国素质教育背景下的教育教学改革带来一些启发和思考。Since the concept of metacognition was put forward in the 1970s,it has attracted great attention of global researchers in the field of education.Especially in UK,the concept of metacognition was introduced into teaching practice quickly,and a series of metacognitive teaching and research projects with world influence were carried out.The British scholars use rigorous teaching experimental data to strongly prove that effective metacognitive intervention not only greatly promotes children academic progress,but also cultivates their thinking ability and self-directed learning ability,and effectively improves their psychological quality.This paper introduces three representative metacognitive teaching projects in UK,analyzes the teaching principles,methods and characteristics behind them,the impact on academic performance and the role of psychological quality training,in order to bring some inspiration for our teaching reform under the background of quality education.
