摘　　要：近年来,国家对学生教育的重视程度不断加深,要求学生能够主动进行学习,自主探索相关的知识点。对于高中体育生来说,高考训练非常重要,教师在教学过程中,需要选择有效的教学方式,增强学生的体育综合能力。该文首先分析了高中体育考生训练的现状,探讨科学引导对体育高考生的训练意义,在此基础上对高中体育高考训练的有效提升策略进行分析。In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to students'education,which requires students to take the initiative to learn and explore relevant knowledge points by themselves.For high school sports students,the college entrance examination training is very important.In the process of teaching,teachers need to choose effective teaching methods to enhance students'comprehensive sports ability.This paper first analyzes the current situation of high school sports examinees'training,discusses the significance of scientific guidance for sports college entrance examination students,and on this basis,analyzes the effective promotion strategies of high school sports college entrance examination training.
