高职院校开设瑜伽选修课的可行性探究

摘　　要：瑜伽课程是近年来新兴的运动健身项目,该文以此为切入点分析了高职院校开设瑜伽选修课的必要性,并从教学模式、教改政策、市场发展3个方面分析高职院校开设瑜伽选修课的可行性,最后结合高职院校的瑜伽办学现状,提出了高职院校开设瑜伽选修课的促进措施,希望为高职院校的教学改革和瑜伽运动的发展提供一定的支持。Yoga course is a new sports fitness project in recent years.Based on this,this paper analyzes the necessity of Offering Yoga elective course in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the feasibility of Offering Yoga elective course in Higher Vocational Colleges from three aspects of teaching mode,teaching reform policy and market development.Finally,combined with the current situation of yoga in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some measures to promote the opening of Yoga elective courses in higher vocational colleges,hoping to provide some support for the teaching reform and the development of yoga in higher vocational colleges.
