摘　　要：目的:探讨ACTN3基因4个多态性位点的多态性对大学生短跑爆发力的影响。方法:选择高校在校生203人作为研究对象,根据50m短跑成绩分为4组,利用SNaPshot技术对所有研究对象单核苷酸多态性位点进行基因分型,利用统计学软件SPSS 25.0进行相关性分析。结果:4个多态性位点基因型在3个成绩分组中的分布频率未见差异(P>0.05)。结论:ACTN3基因4个SNP位点多态性与此次研究的大学生短跑成绩无显著关联。Objective:To investigate the effect of polymorphism of four ACTN3 gene loci on sprinting explosive power in college students.Methods:A total of 203 college students were selected as the subjects of the study.The subjects were divided into four groups according to the results of the 50-meter dash jump.The SNPS of all the subjects were genotypes with the snapshot method,and the correlation analysis was conducted with the statistical software SPSS 25.0.Results:there was no difference in the distribution frequency of genotypes of the 4 polymorphic loci in the 3 score groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant correlation between the 4 SNP polymorphisms of ACTN3 gene and the sprint performance of college students in this study.
