摘　　要：游泳是一项集健心、健康、健身为一体的体育运动,并受到越来越多大学生的青睐,从事游泳运动的人也越来越多,因此对游泳初学者的教学显得尤为重要。高校在开展游泳课教学的过程中往往受很多因素的影响,应合理地运用科学的方法解决教学实践问题。现阶段,在游泳教学中讨论最激烈的话题,就是如何提高游泳教学质量。Swimming is a kind of sports which integrates health,health and body-building,and is favored by more and more college students.More and more people are engaged in swimming,so it is very important to teach the beginners.In the course of carrying out swimming teaching in colleges and universities,many factors often influence it,and scientific methods are reasonably used to solve the problems in teaching practice.At present,the most heated topics are discussed in swimming teaching,is how to improve the quality of swimming teaching.
