高校食堂引入社会餐饮企业研究与探析

摘　　要：高校引入社会餐饮企业是高校后勤社会化改革很重要的一部分,是时代发展的必然趋势,优质社会餐饮企业的进入,改变了校内餐饮服务的态势,创新了高校伙食管理的模式,减轻了学校投入的负担,带来了显著的社会效益。但在引入过程中要进一步探索切实可行的改进思路与措施,通过政府、学校、餐饮企业三方共同合作,促进高校餐饮市场的有序开放和良性竞争,满足师生的多样化需求,提高师生就餐的满意度,增强高校的餐饮保障能力。The introduction of social catering enterprises in colleges and universities is an important part of the so⁃cialization reform of college support system,and an inevitable trend of the development of the times.The entry of high-quality social catering enterprises has changed the situation of campus catering service and innovated the mode of college catering management.However,in the process of introduction,practical and feasible improve⁃ment ideas and measures should be further explored.Through the cooperation of the government,colleges and catering enterprises,the orderly opening and competition of the catering market in colleges and universities should be promoted to meet the diversified needs of teachers and students,improve the satisfaction of teachers and students,and enhance the catering guarantee ability of colleges and universities.
