摘  要:改革开放40年来,我国高职教育从产生到发展可以划分为政府主导下的规模扩张期、政策驱动下的转型建设期、企业参与下的深度产教融合期三个阶段。受内涵建设与质量提升的本质属性复归、经济发展方式转变与国家战略外在驱动的影响,发生了两次发展方式转变。新时期,高职教育确立以质量提升为核心的发展方式,必须坚持服务国家战略与人才个体发展相统一,打造多元主体协同互促的治理格局,激发高职院校自我意识与类型教育价值,持续提升高职教育供给能力。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's higher vocational education can be divided into three stages:a period of scale expansion led by the government,a period of transformation and construction driven by policies,and a period of in-depth integration of industry and education with the participation of enterprises.It has undergone two changes in its development mode,which are affected by the return of the essential attributes of connotation construction and quality improvement,and by the transformation of economic development mode and the external drive of national strategy.In the new era,the development method of higher vocational education is centered on quality improvement.It is necessary to adhere to the unity of national service strategy and personal development,to create a governance pattern where multiple subjects cooperate and promote each other,to stimulate self-awareness and the value of type education,and to continue to improve higher vocational educational supply capacity.
