摘 要:从我国对学生体质多年检测的数据看,学生体质健康的水平不容乐观,例如肥胖检出率持续增长,表明学生的体力活动、体育锻炼极度缺乏,间接地反映出我国学校体育教育存在严重的问题。从增强学生体质健康的角度出发,研究高校冬季体育教学中运动负荷提高后学生身体疲劳的恢复问题。在高校冬季体育教学中,大强度的滑冰、冰球和长跑练习后,学生的身体会产生机体疲劳,如果采取被动的恢复方法,身体疲劳消除的时间较长,往往会影响学生参加下一次的体育课。因此,研究体育教学后相对主动的身体疲劳恢复方法成为一种迫切的需求。针对大学生身体运动性疲劳恢复初期、中期和后期的阶段性特点,从心理、营养与膳食等方面提出主动恢复身体疲劳的方法与手段,为提高体育课的教学质量和学生的体质健康水平提供理论参考。Judging from the data of our country’s testing of students’ physical fitness for many years, the health level of students’ physique is not optimistic. For example, the obesity detection rate continues to increase, indicating that students are extremely lacking in physical activity and physical exercise, and indirectly reflects the serious problems in physical education in our country’s schools.. From the perspective of enhancing students’ physical health, this paper studies the recovery of students’ physical fatigue after the increase in exercise load in winter sports teaching in colleges and universities. In winter sports teaching in colleges and universities, after high-intensity skating, ice hockey and long-distance running exercises, students’ bodies will produce body fatigue. If passive recovery methods are adopted, the time to eliminate physical fatigue will be longer, which often affects students’ participation in the next PE class. Therefore, it has become an urgent need to study the methods of recovery from physical fatigue after corresponding active physical education. Aiming at the initial, mid and late stage characteristics of physical exercise fatigue recovery of college students, methods and means to actively recover physical fatigue from the psychological, nutritional and dietary aspects are proposed to improve the quality of physical education teaching and improve the physical health of students Theoretical reference.
