摘  要:为研究侵蚀扰动对土壤中细菌群落构成的影响,探究细菌群落特性与土壤理化参数的关系。在中国黄土丘陵沟壑区选择了4个具有代表性的采样点:未开垦侵蚀地、未开垦沉积地、刺槐坡地侵蚀点和刺槐坡地沉积点。采用MiSeq测序技术研究了土壤中细菌群落的丰富度、多样性和组成变化。测序结果显示刺槐坡面细菌多样性和丰富度明显低于未开垦坡面(P<0.01)。鉴定出的463个细菌属属于已知11个细菌门。其主坐标分析和聚类分析也表明,同一坡面的侵蚀点和沉积点的总细菌群落构成相似。相关分析表明,土壤总钾、全氮和pH值与细菌群落组成的变化有很高的相关性。This study explored the effects of soil erosion on the characteristics of soil bacterial communities,and studied the relationship between microbial characteristics and soil physical and chemical parameters.Four representative sampling sites were selected in the loess hilly and gully regions of China:an uncultivated erosional site,an uncultivated depositional site,a Robinia pseudoacacia erosional site and a Robinia pseudoacacia depositional site.MiSeq sequencing technology was used to study the abundance,diversity and composition changes of bacterial communities.The sequencing results showed that the bacterial diversity and abundance of R.pseudoacacia slopes were significantly lower than that of uncultivated slopes(P<0.01).The 463 bacterial genera identified belong to 11 bacterial phyla.Principal coordinate analysis and cluster analysis also show that the total bacterial community composition of erosion points and sedimentation points on the same slope is similar.Correlation analysis shows that.soil total potassium,total nitrogen,and pH value have a high correlation with changes in bacterial community composition.
