摘 要:基于最小二乘估计算法设计并实现了一个经济实用的PT100温度采集系统。系统主要由PT100温度传感器、AD转换芯片TLC1543、STC12C5A60S2单片机构成。系统集成在一块PCB(印制电路板,Printed CircuitBoard,简称“PCB”)上,以可调基准稳压芯片TL431为核心构成1mA恒流源电路进行信号采集,运用数字滤波技术对AD数据进行处理,运用线性插值法和最小二乘估计算法求得温度初始值,再经牛顿迭代法修正后即得到系统测量值。经验证,系统测量值的误差在0.5℃以内。A low-cost temperature acquisition system PT100 was designed and realized on the basis of least squares estimation algorithm.The system was mainly composed of temperature sensor PT100,AD converter chip TLC1543 and single-chip microcontroller STC12C5A60S2,which was integrated on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board).The 1mA constant current source circuit with the adjustable reference regulator chip TL431 as the core was used to collect signals.The data were then processed through digital filtering.By employing linear interpolation algorithm and least squares estimation algorithm,the initial temperature value was obtained,which was then corrected through Newton iteration method to obtain the measured value of the system.The error in the measured value has been proven to be within 0.5℃.
