摘　　要：分析了《茶叶质量安全》课程的内容及其存在的问题,结合教学经验和新教材内容,对理论课程和实验课程的内容体系重新进行了构建,通过提高案例教学比例、开展翻转课堂、做强线上资源分享等措施,提高了课程的教学效果和质量,可供国内其他涉茶高校新开设《茶叶质量安全》课程提供重要参考。The course content of Tea Quality and Safety and its existing problems have been analyzed.According to the previous teaching practice and new reference textbook contents,the theoretical and experimental course system have been reconstructed.Additionally,the teaching effectiveness and quality is improved by using some measures such as case teaching,flipped classroom and online resources.It will provide a valuable reference for other universities to introduce the Tea Quality and Safety course.
