摘  要:文章运用信息计量法,基于h指数综合赋权模型对40位高等教育研究者的科研成果进行分析,从而判定他们的学术影响力。研究发现,研究者之间的指数值差距大,但综合赋权后排序有所变化;从指数值的变化发现了第1类研究者中4位潜在的重要性研究者;第2类研究者的学术话语权大,是不折不扣的学术守门人;第3、4类研究者虽然年事已高,但他们依旧活跃在科学研究的前沿,学术影响力非常大。Applying the information measurement method,based on the empowered model of h-index to determine the academic influence of the researchers.The study finds that:there is a large gap in index values between researchers,but the ranking has changed after comprehensive empowerment;4 potential significant researchers of class 1 researchers have been found from the changes of index;class 2 researchers have a strong academic discourse right and are uncompromising academic gatekeepers;although class 3 and 4 researchers are retired and old,they are still active at the leading edge of research,and their academic influence is very high.
