摘　　要：职业培训是培养职业化农民的重要途径之一。为了解我国贫困地区农民职业培训现状,探索更好的职业培训方案,通过编制问卷对湖北贫困地区的部分农民开展调查研究。结果表明,目前的职业农民培训内容缺少时效性和针对性,缺少懂农业的优秀师资、实训基地以及实践性强的培训方式,培训层次不丰富等。因此,改善职业农民培训需要有便民化的方式和渠道、针对性强的内容和项目、优良的师资队伍,同时需要提高农民整体素质水平、加大培训宣传监管力度以及进一步增加培训事业资金投入。Vocational training is one of the important ways to cultivate professional farmers.In order to understand the current situation of farmers'vocational training in poor areas of China and explore better vocational training programs,a questionnaire was developed to investigate some farmers in poor areas of Hubei.The results show that the current professional farmer training content lacks timeliness and pertinence,lacks excellent teachers who understand agriculture,practical training bases,and practical training methods,and the training levels is not rich.Therefore,improving vocational farmer training requires convenient methods and channels,targeted content and projects,and excellent teachers.At the same time,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of farmers,strengthening training publicity and supervision,and further increasingfunding for training.
