乡村振兴战略背景下农村职业教育一体化策略探析--基于晏阳初的“平民教育”思想

摘　　要：基于对晏阳初“平民教育”思想的再解读,启发构建乡村振兴战略背景下的农村职业教育一体化,形成以“以人为本”为核心,四大内容相辅相成的内部基础。通过对职业教育内容改革,搭建咨询服务平台及丰富乡农文化内容及传播途径的方式实现一体化内容,塑造具有“整体性”的新型职业农民。Based on the reinterpretation of Yan Yangchu's thoughts on civilian education,this paper inspires the construction of integration of rural vocational education under the background of rural revitalization strategy.Forming an internal foundation with people-oriented as the core and four complementary contents,through the reform of vocational education content,building a consulting service platform and enriching the content and communication channels of rural and peasant culture to achieve integrated content,shaping a new type of professional farmers with integrity.
