摘 要:“获得感”已日渐成为评估民众是否切实享有改革成果的核心指标。职业技能培训是帮助贫困人口摆脱贫困的主要方式之一,以“获得感”为衡量指标,可以更精准地评估职业技能培训对贫困人口的脱贫作用。贫困人口在职业技能培训中“获得感”的形成路径是从技能获得感形成到收入获得感形成,再到发展获得感形成。经调查研究得知,农村实用技术培训中贫困人口形成了技能获得感,没有形成收入获得感和发展获得感;职业学校培训中贫困人口形成了技能获得感和收入获得感,没有形成发展获得感。因此,应不断改进培训方式,进一步帮助贫困人口增强技能获得感;发展村域产业集群,帮助贫困人口提升收入获得感;激发贫困人口的内生动力,最终帮助贫困人口实现发展获得感。"Sense of acquisition"has gradually become the core indicator to assess whether the people really enjoy the reform results.Vocational skills training is one of the main ways to help the poor out of poverty.This paper analyzes the effect of vocational skills training on the poor out of poverty with the index of"sense of acquisition".In the vocational skills training,the realization path of the sense of acquisition of the poor is from the formation of the sense of skill acquisition to the formation of the sense of income acquisition to the formation of the sense of development acquisition.Through the research,it is concluded that the poor people have formed the sense of skill acquisition in rural practical technology training,while the sense of income acquisition and development acquisition have not been formed.In vocational school training,poor people have developed the sense of skill acquisition and income acquisition,but not the sense of development acquisition.Therefore,training methods should be continuously improved to further help the poor to acquisition a sense of skills acquisition;develop village industrial clusters to help the poor improve their sense of income acquisition;stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poor,and finally help the poor realize their sense of development acquisition.
