摘 要:基于三轴气浮台的全物理仿真是航天器仿真的重要手段,为减小仿真过程中重力带来的干扰力矩,需要精确测量气浮台的质心位置,从而为气浮台调平衡装置提供必要信息。为此建立三轴气浮台动力学模型,采用最小二乘法对仿真气浮台运动姿态信息进行处理,测算出质心位置,并与周期反馈算法进行比较。实验结果显示基于最小二乘法的质心位置测算方法收敛更快,可有效缩短测量时间,提高了质心位置测量的精准度。Full-physical simulation based on three-axis air-bearing platform is an important means of spacecraft simulation.To reduce the interference torque caused by gravity in the simulation process,it is necessary to accurately measure the centroid position of air-bearing platform,so as to provide necessary information for the balance-adjusting device of air-bearing platform,establish the dynamic model of three-axis air-bearing platform,process the motion attitude information of simulated air-bearing platform by least square method,calculate the centroid position,and compare it with periodic feedback algorithm.Experimental results show that the centroid position measurement method based on least square method converges faster,which can effectively shorten the measurement time and improve the accuracy of centroid position measurement.
