视力筛查仪在儿童眼保健中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨视力筛查仪在儿童眼保健中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取2019年11月~2020年6月在本院接受Suresight视力筛查仪检查显示屈光不正的70例儿童,在获得家属知情的前提下对70例儿童进行阿托品散瞳检影眼光筛查,进而对比分析Suresight视力筛查仪和阿托品散瞳检影验光筛查结果。结果:Suresight视力筛查仪显示屈光不正共有127只眼,占比90.71%(127/140),阿托品散瞳检影眼光筛查显示屈光不正共有124只眼,占比88.57%(124/140),差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Suresight视力筛查仪在儿童早期视力筛查和弱视发现中效果显著。Objective:To analyze and discuss the application effect of visual acuity screening instrument in children’s eye care.Methods:A random sample of 70 children who were examined by Suresight vision screener and showed refractive errors in our hospital from November 2019 to June 2020.70 children were screened with atropine mydriatic retinoscopy on the premise of obtaining the knowledge of their families,and then the results of the Suresight vision screener and atropine mydriatic refraction were compared and analyzed.Results:Suresight vision screener showed a total of 127 eyes with refractive errors,accounting for 90.71%(127/140),and atropine mydriatic retinoscopy eye screening showed a total of 124 eyes with refractive errors,accounting for 88.57%(124/140),the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Suresight is effective for early vision screening and amblyopia detection in children.
