摘 要:为了研究褪黑素处理对苦荞耐盐性的影响,以苦荞WTX2种子为试验材料,使用不同浓度的褪黑素处理苦荞种子,以水处理为对照(CK),研究了不同处理种子在盐胁迫(100 mmol/L NaCl)下的萌发情况。结果表明,与CK相比,褪黑素处理的种子抗盐能力显著提高。当处理浓度为100、1000μmol/L时,种子活力指数和幼苗鲜重均明显高于CK,幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量缓慢上升,而CK幼苗MDA含量在萌发第6天时急剧上升。100、1000μmol/L褪黑素处理的种子萌发至第4-6天时,其幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性无显著下降,而CK幼苗SOD酶活性显著下降;1000μmol/L褪黑素处理的种子在萌发过程中,其幼苗过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无显著变化,而CK幼苗CAT活性处于明显下降的变化趋势。适宜浓度的褪黑素处理可以有效缓解高盐对苦荞的胁迫。In order to study the effect of melatonin on the salt resistance of tartary buckwheat,the seeds of an inbred line WTX2 of Tar⁃tary buckwheat were soaked with different concentrations of melatonin and water as control(CK).Then the germination experiment was carried out under salt stress(100 mmol/L NaCl).The results showed that the salt resistance of seeds treated with melatonin was significantly improved compared with CK.Seed vigor index and seedling fresh weight treated by 100 and 1000μmol/L melatonin were higher than those of CK.The malonaldehyde(MDA)content in seedlings treated with 100μmol/L and 1000μmol/L melatonin in⁃creased slowly during germination under salt stress,while it increased sharply in CK seedlings on the 6th day of germination.The seeds treated with 100 and 1000μmol/L melatonin had no significant decrease in superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity during 4-6 days of germination,while the SOD activity in CK seedlings significantly decreased.There was no significant change in catalase(CAT)activity of seedlings treated with 1000μmol/L melatonin germinated under salt stress,while the activity of CK seedlings showed an obvious decreasing trend.Appropriate concentration of melatonin can effectively alleviate the stress of high salt on tartary buckwheat.
