摘  要:为满足人们日益增长的医疗服务需要,国内多家医院进行了基于能力导向的主诊医师负责制的尝试,这项区别于现有医疗管理模式的新制度对医院核心制度也必将产生一定程度的影响。笔者主要从医疗核心制度、人事核心制度及文化核心制度等角度浅析在此核心制度体系下推行主诊医师负责制的问题,并提出坚持科主任领导权与主诊医师职务权并重、完善配套人事薪酬制度创新以及创造良好的文化环境引领观念转变等建议。In order to meet the increasing medical service needs of the people,many hospitals in China have tried the system of capability-based attending physician responsibility.This new system,which is different from the existing medical management mode,will certainly have a certain influence on the core system of hospitals.The authors,mainly from the point of view of core medical core system,personnel system and cultural core system,analyzed the implementation of the attending physician under the core system,and the overall responsibility for the problems,put forward some suggestions,such as adhering to the leadership of the department director and the position of the attending physician,perfecting the innovation of supporting personnel and salary system and creating a good cultural environment to lead the change of ideas.
