摘　　要：基于北京协和医院妇科特色管理模式,从人才培养、科研团队、业务学习和管理等多方面融合发展。通过以中组部“西部之光”访问学者、教育部和地方医院进行内派等多种学习途径在北京协和医院妇科继续教育,为全国各地医疗单位培养了学科带头人和学术骨干,在专业知识、临床技能、业务学习和技术推广等方面获得极大的提高。经过研修学习,将自己的所学,结合各培养单位的发展现状,在医院领导的支持和科室主任的带领下,开展新技术、新项目,加强科室建设,提升全科人员对疾病的诊疗能力,从而提高本科室的综合服务能力。Based on the characteristic management mode of gynecology in Peking Union Medical College Hospital,it integrates talents training,scientific research team,business learning and management.Continuing gynecological education in Peking Union Medical College Hospital has trained leading disciplines and backbone academics for medical units all over the country through visiting scholars from the"Light of the West"of the Ministry of Central Committee,the Ministry of Education and local hospitals,etc.They have achieved great success in professional knowledge,clinical skills,professional learning and technical promotion.Great improvement.Through research and study,with the support of hospital leaders and the leadership of department directors,we will carry out new technologies and projects,strengthen the construction of departments,enhance the ability of general practitioners to diagnose and treat diseases,and thus improve the comprehensive service ability of the departments.
