摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂结合案例教学法(CBL)在呼吸与危重症医学科临床见习中的应用效果。方法将在校的120名2015级七年制临床医学专业学生随机分为对照组和试验组,各60名。对照组给予常规临床教学法,试验组给予雨课堂结合CBL。比较两组学生的教学满意度及临床实践考核成绩。结果试验组学生对提高自主学习能力、更好掌握理论知识、激发学习兴趣、提高思维能力、对教学方法认可的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的临床实践考核成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂结合CBL应用于呼吸与危重症医学科临床见习中,能提高学生的学习主动性、实践考核成绩。Objective To explore the application effect of rain classroom combined with case-based learning(CBL)in clinical probation of respiratory and critical care medicine department.Methods A total of 120 seven-year clinical medicine students of grade 2015 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical teaching method,and the experimental group was given rain classroom combined with CBL.The teaching satisfaction and clinical practice examination result of the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction of students in the experimental group with improving autonomous learning ability,better mastering theoretical knowledge,stimulating learning interest,improving thinking ability and recognizing teaching methods were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical practice examination result in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rain classroom combined with CBL applied in clinical probation of respiratory and critical care medicine department can improve students'learning initiative and practice examination result.
