摘  要:为比较多管稀释方法中5管法和6管法检验大肠菌群的差异,本文分别使用5管法和6管法对不同浓度、不同菌株的阳性污染水样进行检测,并对MPN结果进行统计和分析。在高浓度实验中,所有实验管均能够表现出产酸产气的典型大肠菌群生化特性。在中浓度实验中,结合多个平行试验结果,5管法和6管法的数据离散程度未表现出较大差异。在低浓度试验中,6管法比5管法表现出更高的灵敏度;6管法比5管法表现出更高的灵敏度、精确度和准确度。To state the performance difference between Five-tube method and Six-tube method of multi-tube dilution about coliform Inspection.Five-tube method and Six-tube method were used respectively to inspect positive samples with difference concentrations and difference bacteria strains,computed result were collected and statistically analyzed.All experimental tubes can show the biochemical characteristics of coliform at high concentration test.According analyzed discrete degree of medium-concentration group’s data,there wasn’t big difference between Five-tube method and Six-tube method.Six-tube method shows higher sensitivity than Five-tube method in low concentration test.Six-tube method has higher accuracy and sensitivity than Five-tube method.
