摘 要:内河双体货船干舷小,连接桥结构相对薄弱,决定船舶安全的横向强度至关重要.双体货船不同于具有丰满上层建筑的双体船,除横舱壁、强框架的片体与连接桥角隅处易发生应力集中外,在连接桥横隔板的变截面处应力集中现象也非常显著.内河规范不适用于60 m以上双体船,缺少对100 m级双体船横弯强度计算规定.文中以98 m内河双体集装箱船为对象,开展了横弯强度缩比模型实验和数值仿真分析,证实了在连接桥底板的折角处应力集中现象,改倒圆后片体与连接桥连接区域的应力集中系数为1.8~2.1,应力集中位置采用圆弧过渡会有效缓急应力集中.Because the freeboard of inland catamaran cargo ship is small and the connecting bridge structure is relatively weak,it is very important to determine the lateral strength of ship safety.Catamaran cargo ships are different from catamarans with plump superstructure.Besides the transverse bulkheads,the sheets with strong frames and the corners of the connecting bridge,the stress concentration at the variable cross-section of the diaphragm of the connecting bridge is also very obvious.The inland river code is not applicable to catamarans over 60 m,and lacks the provisions for calculating the transverse bending strength of catamarans of 100 m class.In this paper,a 98 m inland river catamaran container ship was taken as the object,the transverse bending strength scaling model experiment and numerical simulation analysis were carried out,and the stress concentration phenomenon at the corner of the bottom plate of the connecting bridge was confirmed.After rounding,the stress concentration coefficient of the connecting area between the sheet and the connecting bridge is 1.8~2.1,and the circular arc transition will effectively accelerate the stress concentration.
