摘  要:特殊教育教师在职教育既可以满足终身化学习条件下特殊教育教师专业化发展的需要,也可以满足教育改革和发展的需要。美国在此方面起步较早,在职教育发展较为完善。美国特殊教育教师在职教育具有教育目标层次化、教育内容整合化、教育模式综合化、组织管理标准化和教育政策法制化等特点。对美国特殊教育教师在职教育特点进行研究可以为我国特殊教育教师专业化发展提供可行性建议。我国应从在职教育网络平台建设、教育内容体系建设、教育模式、组织管理与法律法规等方面加强特殊教育教师在职教育研究,从而加速我国特殊教育教师教育的专业化发展,促进我国特殊教育事业的发展。The in-service education of special education teachers can not only meet the needs of special education teachers’ professional development under the conditions of lifelong learning, but also meet the needs of education reform and development. The United States started early in this aspect, and the development of inservice education is relatively perfect. The in-service education of special education teachers in the United States has the characteristics of hierarchical education objectives, integration of education content, integration of education models, standardization of organization and management, and legalization of education policies.Research on the characteristics of in-service education of special education teachers in the United States can provide feasible suggestions for the professional development of special education teachers in China. China should strengthen the research of special education teachers’ in-service education from the construction of inservice education network platform, education content system, education mode, organization management and laws and regulations, so as to accelerate the professional development of special education teachers’ education and promote the development of special education in our country.
