摘　　要：目前我国高等助产教育刚刚起步并亟待建设,随着人口的增加和全球对助产高等教育需求的剧增,助产教育已无法满足当前社会需求,发展高水平助产师资队伍迫在眉睫。《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》为粤港澳大湾区的助产师资协同创新发展带来空前机遇与挑战,粤港澳三地如何借助大湾区经济带的优势,对助产本科教师资质进行互认并互相搭建友谊平台,使我国助产专业与国际接轨,深度对接、融合教育资源,补齐各自发展短板,提升助产师资质量,成为我国目前亟待探索的重要课题。China's higher midwifery education has just started and is in urgent need of construction at present.With the increase of population and the sharp increase of global demand for midwifery higher education,midwifery education is unable to meet the current social demand.The construction of midwifery teachers in China is still a short board in the field of education,so it is urgent to develop high-quality midwifery teachers.The outline of development planning of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area brings unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the collaborative innovation and development of midwifery teachers in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.How can Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao make use of the advantages of the economic zone in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area to recognize each other's midwifery undergraduate teachers'qualifications and build a friendship platform for each other,so as to make our midwifery profession connection with the international community,connect and integrate educational resources in depth,supplement their own development weaknesses,and improve the quality of midwifery teachers,has become an important topic to be explored in China.
