摘　　要：网络教学作为近两年大面积推广的一种新型教学模式,与传统的面授教学模式相比,在灵活性上具有极大的优势。然而,长时间的网络教学也会对师生的身心健康安全产生一些不良影响。随着科技的进步,不断完善网络教学系统,在未来的教育里,网络教学将会成为不可或缺的一种重要手段。As a new teaching method, online teaching has great advantages in flexibility compared with traditional teaching in classroom. However, taking long-time online courses will also have some irreversible adverse effects on teachers and students’ physical and mental health. With adding some new functions in application of online learning,the disadvantages of taking online teaching will be diminished in the future.
