摘　　要：为盲生参加选拔性考试提供便利,是社会文明进步的重要标志,其考试管理涉及政策支持、考试理念、管理策略、院校培养等方面问题,创造一个科学、公平、便利的考试环境至关重要。本研究通过深入分析盲生参加选拔性考试存在的问题,研究探讨盲人考试基本理念,构建完善盲人考试管理办法,加强盲人考试相关研究,将更好地为盲生参加选拔性考试提供服务,积极推动特殊教育事业发展。Providing convenience for blind people to participate in selective examination is a symbol of social civilization and progress.Its examination management involves policy support,examination philosophy,management strategy,college training,etc.It is very important to create a scientific,fair and convenient examination environment.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in blind examinees’participation in selective examination,the recruitment and examination institutions at all levels implement the basic concept of examination for the blind,build and improve management measures,and strengthen related research,so as to provide better service for blind examinees and promote the development of special education.
