摘 要:参照GB 5009.97-2016,探讨使用气相色谱仪测定饮料中甜蜜素含量时消除干扰、准确定量的方法。比较不同实验试剂、仪器设备及萃取过程后甜蜜素目标峰附近干扰峰的出峰情况,在未能消除干扰峰的情况下,通过优化条件将其与目标峰有效分离,采用组校正数据处理方式进行定量分析。在0.01~0.5 mg/mL浓度范围内,甜蜜素主副衍生产物线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.99997,加标回收率为101.3%和101.7%。采用本研究优化的试样处理衍生方法、色谱分离检测条件及组校正数据处理方式,可以消除甜蜜素检测中干扰峰的影响,准确定量饮料中的甜蜜素含量。This paper discusses the method of eliminating interference and accurately quantifying sodium cyclamate in beverages content determination by gas chromatograph with reference to GB 5009.97-2016. The results of different experimental reagents, equipments and extraction processes were compared. In the case of failing to eliminate the interference peaks, it can be separated from the target peak by optimizing the bar, and the quantitative analysis is carried out by group correction data processing. In the concentration range of 0.01 to 0.5 mg/mL, there was good linear relationship between primary and secondary derivatives of cyclamate, the correlation coefficients are 0.99997, and the recoveries are 101.3% and 101.7%. In this study, the optimized sample processing and derivation method, chromatographic separation and detection conditions and group correction data processing method can eliminate the interference peak in cyclamate detection and determine the content of sodium cyclamates in beverages.
