摘　　要：培养高素质来华医学人才是教育国际化进程中的重要目标和新的使命。本文以桂林医学院为例,总结分析基于"三全育人"教育理念,进行来华医学人才培养模式的探索与实践,并对地方医学院校提升来华医学人才培养质量的有效路径进行了探讨。Cultivating high-quality international medical talents is an important objective and new mission in the process of educational internationalization.This paper takes Guilin Medical University as an example to summarize and analyze the exploration and practice of the cultivation mode of international medical talents based on the educational philosophy of the"Three All"education,and probe into regional medical colleges’and universities’effective means of improving the cultivation of international medical talents.
