摘　　要：针对生物化学单一线下教学模式中存在的问题,探索线上线下混合教学模式在生物化学课程中的应用。利用线上资源实现学习前置和课后测验,线下课堂活动体现教学目标,并多维度评估线上线下教学活动效果;混合教学模式中力求教学设计妙趣横生,教学方法多策并举,科学研究相辅相成,课程建设中秉承共建、共享、共赢理念,打造名副其实的高阶性、创新性和有挑战度的生物化学“金课”。Aiming at the problems in the single offline teaching mode of biochemistry,the application of online and offline mixed teaching mode in biochemistry course was explored.Online resources are used to achieve pre-learning and after-class tests,offline classroom activities are reflected teaching objectives,and the effects of online and offline teaching activities are evaluated in multiple dimensions.In the mixed teaching mode,we strive to make interesting teaching design,adopt multiple teaching methods simultaneously,and complement each other with scientific research.In the course construction,we adhere to the concept of co-construction,sharing and win-win,so as to create a genuine high-level,innovative and challenging“golden course”of biochemistry.
