摘  要:《生物分离工程》为我校酿酒工程专业必修课程。根据学科特点及学生专业知识储备情况,从教材的选择、教学内容的优化对教学知识体系进行了设置;以案例教学法、虚拟仿真教学法为主要教学手段,积极构建线上教学资源,拓宽学生学习途径;探索课程思政元素的导入,进行全方位的育人。课程取得了较好的教学效果。Biological Separation Engineering is a professional required course for the major of wine engineering in our university. Selection of teaching materials and the optimization of teaching content were performed to set up appropriate teaching knowledge system according to the characteristics of the course and the professional knowledge reserve of the students. Case teaching method and virtual simulation teaching method were the main teaching means. We also actively constructed the online teaching resources to broaden students’ learning channels, introduced the ideological and political education, and conducted all-round cultivation. And finally we have got satisfying teaching results.
