通识教育视域下医学专业之卫生法学教学的不足与革新

摘　　要：文章从通识教育的视角出发,阐明医学专业卫生法学的教学目标应是培养学生的医学人文精神、公民法律素养和职业法律素养、掌握和灵活运用卫生法基础知识来解决实践问题的能力。若目标的不明确会致教学理念偏差、教学内容与方法有局限而影响教学效果,故医学专业卫生法学教学的革新应在明确教学目标的基础上,从教学内容、教学方法、教育的维度和师资的培养等四个方面进行改革与考量。From the perspective of general education,this paper clarifies that the teaching goal of medical health law is to cultivate students'medical humanistic spirit,citizen’s legal literacy and professional legal litera⁃cy,and master and flexibly use the basic knowledge of health law to solve practical problems.If the goal is not clear,it will lead to the deviation of teaching idea and the limitation of teaching content and method,which will af⁃fect the teaching effect.Therefore,the reform of health law teaching in medical specialty should be carried out from the aspects of teaching content,teaching method,teaching dimension and teacher training on the basis of clarifying teaching objectives.
