2019年淄博市城市在校青少年吸烟及“二手烟”暴露情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解淄博市青少年吸烟及"二手烟"情况,为青少年控烟提供基础数据。方法随机整群抽取淄博市3所初中、2所高中和1所职高,使用统一的调查问卷,对在校学生进行烟草流行情况进行调查;并采用现在吸烟率、尝试吸烟率、"二手烟"暴露率以及烟草信息接收等指标进行分析。结果调查淄博市18个班级,共计867名学生完成了调查问卷,其中男生439名,女生428名;青少年学生尝试吸烟率和现在吸烟率分别为10.27%和2.42%,其中男性(12.98%和3.64%)均高于女性(7.48%和1.17%)(P<0.05);职高生(20.61%和8.40%)高于高中生(12.28%和2.81%)高于初中生(5.99%和0.44%)(P<0.01)。"二手烟"总体的暴露率为598人(68.97%),过去30d接收烟草宣传信息541人(62.40%)。结论淄博市城市在校青少年尝试吸烟和现在吸烟现象,而且"二手烟"暴露率和烟草信息接收情况均较高。Objective To understand the prevalence of smoking and exposure to"second-hand smoke"among young people in Zibo city,so as to provide basic data for tobacco control among teenagers in Zibo city.Methods 3 junior high schools,2 senior high schools and 1 vocational high school in Zibo city were selected by random cluster sampling,and the tobacco prevalence among the school students was investigated using a unified questionnaire.Current smoking rate,attempted smoking rate",second-hand smoke"exposure rate and tobacco information receiving rate were used for analysis.Results A total of 867 students in 18 classes in Zibo city completed the questionnaire,including 439 boys and 428 girls.The smoking attempts and current smoking rates of teenage students were 10.27%and 2.42%,males(12.98%and3.64%)were higher than females(7.48%and 1.17%)(P<0.05);vocational high school students(20.61%and8.40%)were higher than high school students(12.28%and 2.81%)and junior high school students(5.99%and0.44%)(P<0.01).The overall exposure rate of"second-hand smoke"was 598 people(68.97%),and 541 people(62.40%)received tobacco promotion information in the past 30 days.Conclusion There are attempts to smoke and current smoking among adolescent students in Zibo city,and the exposure rate of"second-hand smoke"and the reception of tobacco information are relatively high.
