摘  要:目的:构建基于客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)的高职护理教学评价模式,探讨其在护理教学评价中应用的可行性及应用价值。方法:选取高职护理学院2018级专科护理专业的154名二年级护生,按教学模式将其分为观察组(78名)和对照组(76名),对照组采用传统的"示教-练习-指导-考核"教学模式,观察组采用基于OSCE的高职护理教学评价模式,即教学(T)-评价(E)-反馈(F)-改进(I)-再评价(R)(TEFIR)模式,比较两组OSCE考核成绩、自主学习能力及护理教学评价。结果:观察组OSCE考核成绩4个模块得分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.783,t=5.375,t=6.944,t=9.844,t=11.734;P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力4个维度评价得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.445,t=5.375,t=7.483,t=9.673;P<0.05);观察组2个量表得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.673,t=10.733;P<0.05)。结论:基于OSCE的高职护理教学评价模式指导教学和考核一体化,能够充分发挥考核评价和教学引导的双向作用,提升护理教学质量。Objective:To construct an objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)based nursing teaching evaluation model in higher vocational colleges,and to explore its feasibility and application value in nursing teaching evaluation.Methods:154 second-year students of the 2018 three-year nursing program were selected and divided into an observation group(78 students)and a control group(76 students)according to the teaching model.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model of"teaching-practicing-instruction-assessment",and the observation group adopted the OSCE-based nursing teaching evaluation model,i.e.,teaching-evaluation-feedback-improvement-re-evaluation(TEFIR)model.The OSCE scores,autonomous learning ability and nursing teaching evaluation between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of four modules and total scores of OSCE in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.783,t=5.375,t=6.944,t=9.844,t=11.734;P<0.05);the scores of the four dimensions of evaluation of autonomous learning ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.445,t=5.375,t=7.483,t=9.673;P<0.05);the scores of two scales in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.673,t=10.733;P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of teaching evaluation and assessment guided by the OSCE-based higher vocational nursing teaching evaluation model can give full play to the two-way effect of assessment and evaluation and teaching guidance,and improve the quality of nursing teaching.
