摘  要:在厘清英语应用能力内涵的基础上,以100名高职学生志愿者为调查对象,对他们参与涉外语言服务活动中在识读能力、语言表达能力和跨文化交际能力等维度的实践情况进行调研。通过定量和定性分析,可以发现,大部分学生在识读维度方面,听力水平提升明显,但阅读理解能力仍需加强;在语言表达维度方面,口语表达能力得到有效提高,但写作和翻译能力提升较小;在跨文化交际维度方面,对外国文化和价值观的认识等有较明显的提高,但对外宾思维方式的接受度方面仍有待加强。On the basis of clarifying the connotation of English application ability,a survey was conducted on 100 higher vocational student volunteers to investigate their practice in reading ability,language expression ability and cross-cultural communication ability in participating in foreign language service activities.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis,it can be found that the listening level of most students has been significantly improved in the dimension of reading,but the reading comprehension ability still needs to be strengthened.In terms of the dimension of language expression,the oral expression ability was improved effectively,but the writing and translation ability was improved little.In the dimension of intercultural communication,the understanding of foreign culture and values has been improved obviously,but the acceptance degree to foreign guests’thinking mode still needs to be strengthened.
