摘　　要：工程建设类专业学生初始就业岗位呈现多样性,发展岗位体现融合性。"1+X"职业技能等级证书与就业岗位对应,可以帮助学生确定发展方向。基于"1+X"证书制度优化学分制教学管理模式,构建模块化课程体系,搭建复合型学习平台,构建良好的自主化学习生态,采用源于实际工程的项目化教学,深化教育教学改革,有针对性地强化学生初始就业岗位对应的职业能力,将提升复合技术技能人才培养质量。The initial employment positions of students majoring in engineering construction show diversity,while the development positions show integration.The"1+X"vocational skill level certificate corresponds to the employment position and can help students determine the direction of development.Optimize the teaching management mode of credit system based on"1+X"certificate system,build modular curriculum system,build compound learning platform,and build good and customized learning ecology.Project-based teaching based on actual engineering should be adopted to deepen the reform of education and teaching;strengthen the vocational ability corresponding to the initial employment positions of students to improve the training quality of compound technical skilled talents.
