摘　　要：1+X证书制度是我国职业教育发展史上一次重大的制度创新,这一制度创新也推动着职业教育改革向新方向发展:在人才培养目标上关注复合型人才,在课程体系上倡导整合型课程,在教学中强调多样化教学方式,在教师专业素质上要求多能型教师角色,在职教评价中注重第三方评价机制的构建。1+X证书制度引领着职业教育改革新方向,有助于推动我国职业教育现代化。The 1+X certificate system is a major institutional innovation in the history of the development of vocational education in China.This institutional innovation also promotes the reform of vocational education and defines a new direction:paying attention to compound talents in the goal of talent training,advocateing integrated courses in the curriculum system,emphasizeing diversified teaching methods in teaching,playing the role of multi-functional teachers in teachers'professional quality,and paying attention to the construction of the third-party evaluation mechanism in vocational education evaluation.The 1+X certificate system leads the new direction of vocational education reform and helps to promote the modernization of vocational education in China.
