摘 要:我国台湾地区技职教育本科产生的直接原因是产业升级对技术技能人才的迫切需求加速了技职教育的变革升级,根本原因是经济社会发展作用于技职教育,技职教育本科是其必然产物,实践路径是形成与普通教育体系同等重要的职教体系,体现出明确的培养目标、灵活的学制、多元的入学方式和兼顾职业与通识的课程设置等特征,但在发展过程中存在技职教育本科院校数量短期过度扩张、质量参差不齐、发展方向学科化倾向等问题。大陆地区开展职业教育本科建设在办学定位和方向上要坚持职教类型特征;在试点区域和院校选择上要考虑区域经济社会发展需求;在办学机构和功能上要形成相互衔接、有效支撑、稳步发展的办学格局;在专业布局和设置上要符合职教规律与区域技术发展水平。The direct reason for the emergence of undergraduate technical and vocational education in Taiwan of China is that the urgent demand for technical and skilled talents in industrial upgrading has accelerated the reform and upgrading of technical and vocational education.The fundamental reason is the inevitable product of economic and social development on technical and vocational education.The practice path is to form a vocational education system as important as the general education system,reflecting features of clear training objectives,flexible school system,diversified enrollment methods and curriculum setting taking into account both occupation and general education.However,there are some problems in the development process,such as the excessive expansion of the number of undergraduate universities of technical and vocational education in the short term,uneven quality and the tendency of discipline in the development direction.To carry out the vocational undergraduate education in Chinese Mainland,we should adhere to the characteristics of vocational education types in school running orientation and direction,consider the needs of regional economic and social development in the selection of pilot areas and colleges,form a school running pattern of mutual connection,effective support and steady development in school running institutions and functions,and comply with the laws of vocational education and regional technical development level in specialty layout and setting.
