摘 要:目的分析探讨问题-讨论-指导教学法在本科消化专科护理教学中的应用价值与效果。方法将我校2019级本科护士5班作为对照组,2019级本科护士6班作为观察组,均有学生58名。对照组接受常规教学模式,理论课程30学时,临床实习8学时,观察组接受问题-讨论-指导教学法,自我训练8学时,临床见习16学时,启发讨论10学时,定期小结3学时,进而对两组测试成绩、对教学效果认可度及对教学方法的满意度加以比较。结果观察组的理论知识评分、操作技能评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对教学效果认可度及对教学方法的满意度均高于对照组,所有指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题-讨论-指导教学法在本科消化专科护理教学中有良好的应用效果,可以提升护理教学质量,得到学生的认可,教学效果显著。因此可以考虑将讨论式教学法进一步推广应用至本科消化专业护理教学中。Objective To analyze and discuss the application value and effect of problem-discussion-guidance teaching method in undergraduate specialty nursing teaching of digestion.Methods Class 5 of undergraduate nurses of class 2019 was taken as the control group and class 6 of undergraduate nurses of class 2019 as the observation group,each with 58 students.Control group accepted routine teaching mode,30 class hours,8 hours of clinical practice,observation group problem-discussion-guidance instruction,self-training 8 hours,training for 16 hours and enlightening discussion 10 hours,regular summary 3 hours,then the test results of the two groups were compared,teaching effect awareness and teaching method satisfaction were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and operational skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition degree of teaching effect and satisfaction degree of teaching methods were higher than those of the control group,and the differences of all indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The question-discussion-guidance teaching method has a good application effect in the undergraduate digestion specialty nursing teaching,which can improve the quality of nursing teaching,get the students’recognition,and the teaching effect is remarkable.Therefore,discussion teaching method can be further promoted and applied to nursing teaching of undergraduate digestion major.
