消化内科住院医师规范化培训中医患沟通能力培养的思考

摘　　要：良好有效的医患沟通是改善医患关系的重要途径之一。在住院医师规范化培训中,增加医患沟通能力培养对于增强主动沟通意识,促进医患关系改进具有重要意义。文章通过分析消化内科医患沟通的特点与现状,从树立人文关怀理念、开展岗前培训、加强医患沟通能力培养的教学新模式等多角度进行思考,探讨如何在消化内科规范化培训中加强医患沟通能力的培养,引导他们成为具有良好医患沟通能力及职业素养的优秀住院医师,构建和谐的医患关系,做到有效沟通。Good and effective doctor-patient communication is one of importance approaches to improve doctor-patient relationship.Developing the doctor-patient communication skill has the great significance for strengthening the awareness of positive communication and promoting the doctor-patient relationship during the process of standardized training of resident physicians.This article,based on analyzing the characteristics and the current situation of doctor-patient communication in the department of gastroenterology,focuses on the multi-perspective thinking of establishing medical humanistic spirit,carrying out targeted pre-job training,strengthening the doctor-patient communication ability training of new teaching mode to carry on the multi-angle thinking.We will discuss how to strengthen the cultivation of communication skills between doctors and patients in the department of gastroenterology during the process of standardized training of resident physicians,promoting the healthy development of the professional career of residents,helping training them as talents both in excellent ability of clinical practice and communication,contributing to harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
