摘 要:为探讨中小学英语教师感知的师生关系在教学效能感与职业倦怠间的中介效应,采用量表对福建省城乡148名中小学英语教师进行调查研究,发现:教师的消极个人教学效能感与师生关系显著负相关;教师一般教学效能感与师生关系显著负相关;师生关系与情绪耗竭、去个性化、低个人成就感显著负相关;师生关系在积极个人教学效能感与职业倦怠三维度间起完全中介作用;师生关系在一般教学效能感与职业倦怠三维度间起完全中介作用。研究表明,教师应构建良好师生关系,提高积极教学效能感促进教师专业发展。In order to investigate the mediating effect of the perceived teacher-student relationship between the sense of teaching efficacy and burnout among primary and secondary school English teachers,a scale was used to survey 148 primary and secondary school English teachers in urban and rural areas of Fujian Province,and the main findings were:(1)teachers'negative sense of personal teaching efficacy was significantly negatively related to the teacher-student relationship;(2)teachers'general sense of teaching efficacy was significantly negatively related to the teacher-student relationship;(3)teacher-student relationship was significantly negatively related to emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and low personal achievement;(4)teacher-student relationship played a complete mediating role between the three dimensions of positive personal teaching efficacy and burnout;(5)teacher-student relationship played a complete mediating role between the three dimensions of general teaching efficacy and burnout.Research shows that teachers should build good teacher-student relationships and improve their sense of positive teaching efficacy for professional development.
